Easy to install and durable, good product and looks very good

I was disappointed with this case. The first time I dropped it , it chipped. Zagg customer service is not the easiest to deal with. It looks good but is not durable.

It was fine as a case, but it was too heavy for my hand I returned it only because of that.

i love this case, it is very durable and i love the fact the case is clear and showcases my desert titanium iphone 16 pro.

Nice and hard case, but the anti yellow feature isn’t true. the hinge for the kickstand broke and is flimsy after a couple uses

It was a nice case durability wise. I just wasn’t a big fan of the clear as much as I thought I was.

This case is very high quality and fits the phone very well. I was a little concerned at first with past experience with clear cases being slippery and hard to hold on. This one is different and has just the right amount of grip, yet it fits into your pocket easily. The buttons are protected and still easy to operate. It takes slightly more pressure to mash them in but is not an issue once you get used to it. I tested on several mag safe chargers and had no issues with the phone charging. The built-in stand is a nice bonus feature. Keep in mind the stand is designed for us in the horizontal position and does not steady well when vertical. I like the clear color because it does not show fingerprints, smudges and dust. Luckily, I have not fully tested the drop protection. I have accidently dropped my phone out of my pocket onto carpet and it seems to provide really good protection. Some clear cases get a yellow tint to them over time. I like the fact that it is guaranteed not to discolor. This is definitely the best option if you want to still show case your phone's looks and still keep it well protected.

The ZAGG Crystal Palace Snap with Kickstand is easily one of the best cases I’ve ever used for a phone. As an avid clear case fan this one is far-and-away better than the rest. First off, the magsafe is always a handy feature and the magsafe on this one is just as good as the Apple branded cases. The case also offers a kickstand which similarly to a popsocket allows the phone to stand on its own which I never thought I would use but often find myself using to watch movies or tv shows whenever I’m working. The case also has a textured grip on the side which allows the user to hold onto it more effectively and drop the phone less frequently. On the topic of dropping it, the phone is safe to be dropped from distances of up to 13ft without experiencing any damage. The clear case also allows the natural color of my iPhone 16 Pro to pop through the case and wont experience yellowing as fast as other cases I’ve used in the past. The buttons all stand out and feel great and don't hinder the buttons performance at all. I could easily give the ZAGG Crystal Palace Snap with Kickstand a 5/5 stars and would easily recommend it to anyone looking for a new case.

As someone who's tried many different cases, protectors, and brands, Zagg has become my all around favorite. I have used their cases for 5+ years and screen protectors on and off for 10+ years. I was not a loyalist until the last 5 years or so. It's not because I didn't believe in them, I just wasn't convinced they were the best. Now my experience is completely different and I am fully confident this is the best case on the market. I am required to use my phone for work 70-120 hours per week alone. It's also my person phone. That means a lot of drops, sanitizing, and pocket time. I have used the case with and without the screen protector. There's no doubt the advertised protection is real! I am not a clumsy person but given the amount I need to use my phone, things happen. I have dropped it from standing height so many times and there has been zero evidence of any damage (except emotional, of course!). The MagSafe feature works excellent and I use it flawlessly with my MagSafe style car mount. No issues with MagSafe charging and I don't notice any more heating than I would without the case. Most importantly, I love the built in kickstand. Super useful in many situations! I am a simplest and like to see the phone. This isn't the coolest case and Zagg isn't known for that. This is a bit heavier, yet minimalist case style. I would recommend it every single time.

Not a bad product but the metal stand fell of really quick

I don’t normally go for clear cases, but I wanted to try this one out since I was having a hard time really finding a case that I liked for my iPhone 16 Pro. Zagg is a brand that I am familiar with and knew the quality would be top notch. The problem I’ve always had with clear cases is they eventually turn yellow, and they begin to look really bad. Only time will tell and for the couple of weeks that I’ve had it, its held up fine. I switch back and forth between this case and a charging case and so far, I’m pleased with it. The case is thick enough to provide really good protection, but thin enough to comfortably put in my pocket. It has great grip without feeling sticky or tacky and I have never worried about the phone slipping out of my hand. There are some “perforations” on the side of the case which help provide good grip. The case is also MagSafe compatible and has the cutout on the side to access the camera button. I also like the metal stand on the back, bottom of the case which allows me to set it on a table and watch a movie. This was very well thought out and the features are perfect for the way I use my phone. I would definitely recommend this case.

I really liked this case when I first got it but the kickstand spring broke within a week so I had to rip it off becasue it kept getting stuck

The ZAGG Crystal Palace Snap with Kickstand case has a seamless design that shows off your very expensice iPhone 16 which is nice since we pay so much for these phones and them immediatly cover them up. The main point that ZAGG brags about is that it will retain its transparent beauty with anti yellowing and anti scratch finish. I have not had it long enought to tell you if it is is going to yellow or not but I am hopeful that it will not and if it does - that they will stand by the mimited lifetime warranty again wear and tear. The first thing I noticed about this case was its sleek and minimalist design. It has textured edges for a secure non-slip grip, a Magsafe compatable ring for wireless charging and a integrated kickstand and that is really it. The bare necessities for a sleek and modern case that says will withstand a 13 foot drop. I have never dropped my phone 13 feet and I hope I never do - but to know a case will protect it agaist a 13 ft drop is a pretty goof feeling. I like that it snaps right to my Magsafe chargers and my display in my car very easily. It's a great phone case to protect your very expensive phone.

ZAGG - Crystal Palace Snap Magsafe Compatible case w/Kickstand is awesome. Build quality - very nice, fits snug and is very clear. Fits like a champ on my iPhone Pro 16 and was quick and easy. Packaging was very nice. Easy to remove from the package without having to tear the box apart. My phone slid into the case easily, once on it stays on firmly. The kickstand is easy to pull out from the back of the case, not all kickstands are made equally. This one is of quality material and the hinge is very durable. I sat it on the kitchen table and watched the morning news and then did FaceTime with my brother later in the day while it was sitting on the same table, this time laying horizontally on the table. I was able to change the tilt easily without issue and my brother could see and hear me without me having to adjust the phone at anytime once we got it situated at the beginning. The phone is stable with the stand and secure fit helps it to balance nicely. I would highly recommend this phone to anyone looking for a great case with a kickstand.
