This crystal palace case is great. It is of course easy to snap on to my iPhone. It fits securely, providing excellent protection. It does not interfere with my screen protector, when snapping onto the phone, I like the clear case, so I can see the color of my phone. This case has a sort of rubbery feel, which will prevent it from cracking if dropped. I don’t drop my phones often, but when I do, I feel it will provide great protection. I like the little kickstand feature. With this, I don’t have to worry about trying to find something to prop my phone with when watching a movie or something. Great added feature. The kickstand is made of a metal material, which is a nice touch. It makes it more sturdy. I have used the kickstand with the phone in the upright and side positions. It works pretty well. The buttons are easy to navigate through the case. No issues. The opening at the bottom does not hinder the cord being connected. The MagSafe ring works for when I a using my MagSafe charger. So far, I have no issues with this case, it works, and serves my needs. Great case, I highly recommend, you can’t go wrong with this case.

I've been trying out a lot of new phone cases for my iPhone 16 Pro Max lately. Sadly, this case doesn't really feel like it does anything exceptional for the price. The feel is very important and I'm on the fence with this one. I prefer a little more tackiness when holding my phone but I also like a phone that can easily slide in and out of my pocket. There's a fine line. This case is solely on the slide into the pocket side of that line. It doesn't feel bad in my hands, but it does collect the grease from my fingers and is just not very grippy in my hands. I don't think this is an exclusive problem for this phone case, I think it's more of an issue with transparent phone cases. Personally, I'm not a huge fan but if you enjoy transparent cases and how they feel, you'll probably feel right at home. As far as protection goes, this case has some bulk to it. I definitely prefer slimmer cases and have never had any issues with protection with those cases. This makes your phone feel like it's well protected though. The kick stand is nice, but something about it's tactile feel is off. I got another cheap case off of Amazon that has a kickstand that's a lot more stiff and feels better to play with. I know that's not the purpose but I like fidget toys and this kickstand just doesn't do it for me. It works pretty well as a stand for the phone. Vertical and horizonal work well, just make sure you're on a fairly flat surface or the phone will tip to the side without the kickstand. Another issue you might want to be aware of that's not the case's fault, necessarily. I have a wireless charger stand where my phone just sits on slightly slanted back. It's not MagSafe. It's just normal Qi charging but mostly vertical. The morning after I got this case, I noticed pretty early on in the morning that my phone was pretty drained and didn't know why. When I went to put it on the charger the next morning, I noticed that it wasn't charging at all. The extra bit of bulk to this case puts it just out of reach of my charger. Your mileage will certainly vary and this isn't an issue with MagSafe chargers that magnetically connect (I bought one of those shortly after this issue). Just something you might want to be aware of. So maybe this phone case just isn't for me. I don't think it's a bad phone case, objectively. But I also think that what you like in a phone case is very subjective and the feel and size of this case just doesn't do it for me. You might love it! Just have a look at it or give it a feel before you buy if you're on the fence.

The ZAGG - Crystal Palace Snap MagSafe Compatible Case w/ Kickstand is a great option for a phone case on the newest Iphone 16 Pro Max. It hugs around the phone like a glove and I did not have any issues getting it on my phone. The camera button is a cut out, no physical button on the case for this. Most cases are one or the other so you should know this one is a cut out. All the other button areas are physical buttons if that matters to you when selecting a case. I do use the wireless charging to I had a chance to try out the magsafe connection on multiple connection surfaces. The magsafe case snaps to all my chargers with ease and have not had any issues getting it to charge with apple and non apple chargers. The kickstand is hit or miss with me, is it nice it's been included yes. Does my phone fall over often while trying to use it because it's not really sturdy enough for a giant phone, yes. I've dropped the phone a few times and everything is nice and safe no problems with protection. Overall a solid case choice but just know that the kickstand could have been made a bit sturdier for a phone of this size and weight.

This MagSage case is simple yet perfect. I love the kickstand that is an easy fold-out to use or fold back in when not in use. It is sturdy enough to hold your phone up in a horizontal position, but unfortunately, it will not hold your phone up in a vertical position. I really wish it could hold up the phone vertically, but that is okay. It works as it should, and that is just fine. I love that it is an even flat surface with an indentation to place the kickstand back in when not in use so there is not an even surface on the phone cover when not in use. It is a clear case that feels like it will do the job to protect your phone also. It is scratch-resistant, and let me tell you, as many times as my son has dropped his phone, it is holding up very well and the kickstand is still intact. It is also MagSafe compatible and made with recycled material. It is made to allow for a secured grip and not with slip material to allow for an easy slip out of your hand (even though my son has dropped his phone one too many times), but I think that is his problem and not a Zagg shield issue. I would definitely recommend this to others.

You bought a new phone and now you have to worry about buying a case for it. I know...it sucks. If you are looking for something that will not add to the weight of your phone, yet offers great overall protections, look no further. The ZAGG - Crystal Palace Snap MagSafe Compatible Case w/ Kickstand for Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max is a great, budget friendly, iPhone case. With it being a clear case, I am worried that it will start turning yellow. The claim is that it won't, so I hope this is true. So far, it still looks a bright clear, and I see no signs of discoloration. I'm hopng that it truly stays that way. The ZAGG - Crystal Palace Snap MagSafe Compatible Case w/ Kickstand for Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max has raised edges that look to offer good protection around the screen. This still doesn't mean that you should leave it without a glass screen protector because that woud just not be a smart thing to do. Overall, this is a great screen protector with magsafe features that actually work.

I regretting purchasing this case the moment I took it out of the box. Not only is it extremely ugly and cheap looking, it adds a cumbersome amount of thickness to the phone.

This Zagg "Crystal Palace Snap with Kickstand" iPhone 16 Pro Max case is an excellent addition to my phone. It truly is crystal clear and from my experience with other Zagg products, I anticipate this one will last a very long time. I must give high compliments to Zagg for this case. I have personally never heard of "Graphene”, but it is made using that along with what they refer to as "anti-yellowing technologies" to help strengthen it and ensure it never becomes discolored. It feels very strong to the touch but still flexible enough to put it on and take it off the phone easily as necessary. When you hold it, there is texture on the sides that helps prevent it from slipping from your hand. All the buttons are covered well and there is a cutout for the camera control button on the side that is new to the iPhone 16. It is also elevated just enough for both the cameras and the front to help prevent scratches when it’s lying flat. The magnet is strong and when I put it on my MagSafe charger it stayed on securely and charged as I expected. In addition, it has a kickstand built into the back that can be used to hold it up either vertically or horizontally. When it is folded in, it is complete unobtrusive and barely noticeable. In short, I am a big fan of this new case from Zagg and highly recommend it for your iPhone.

It does what it is supposed to do. Fits well on the phone and the stand in the back that is built in comes in clutch for watching content on the phone or doing a videocall and you want your hands free to be able to do other things if need be. The plastic or whatever this case is made of seems like it will hold up over time but no one can predict the future, but if you can what are the Powerball numbers going to be😉 I like what Zagg has doe with this case. Feels good in my hand and passes the pocket test with the phone in my back pocket. I forgot it was there for the most part of the day. Charges just fine inside the case and it helps that it locks down in place so I k now it is charging instead of worrying about if it is lined up just right and I will have a charge in the morning when I wake up. Nothing worse than a dead phone in the morning regardless of the ability of fast charging. Hopefully this will last and not change color in time like most clear cases do when they get exposes to sunlight over time.

I’ve been able to the Zagg case after I replaced my old Amazon one I bought. This case immediately is a huge upgrade compared to my old case that I upgraded from. This case feels that it is going to last for along time. And if it doesn’t Zagg has you back with a lifetime warranty. I’ve used their products before and they have great customer service. I had replaced a case twice before and was a sent a new one each time for the low cost of shipping. This case feels great in the hand. It is not too thick but it has enough protection to help keep it safe from falls. The sides are textured for improved grip. There is a notch/hole for the shutter touch feature to work. This hole doesn’t feel huge but feels just right. I have seen some cases where it looked like it was a huge chunk was taken out. The magnet in the back works great and the kick stand feels sturdy and it a welcome addition. The plastic feels durable and from experience won’t yellow. Definitely the best clear case money can buy at the moment. Definitely recommend this case.

Cracks along the side & bottom within 6 days and I didn’t drop the phone. Best Buy exchanged with no problems, but now I see that there are already small stress fractures along the sides. AlI did was put the case on the phone carefully. I’ve never been so disappointed in a phone case’s quality. I’ve had better performance from a cheap Amazon purchase. One star for looks and the good kickstand. Zagg will charge $10 to replace. Never buying this brand again.
