I love my case and it’s definitely durable. It’s very functional

The case is solid and I like the fact it doesn’t fade or yellow. The kick stand doesn’t like to sit flush and pops out in its own.

For the most part, the case is great - the area around the accessory button causes there to be an area that seems weak and flimsy. We’ll have to wait and see how it holds us

Sturdy case but kickstand is not stable especially for a heavy phone like iPhone 16 pro max

Good case but the stand broke off within a month of having it which sucked cause that’s why I bought it instead of the regular clear case.

The case is nice, but my only problem with it is next to the new camera button on the iPhone 16 Pro Max, it’s very flimsy so it doesn’t really protect that portion of the case so you continuously break screen protectors in that area you lean against anything And it just cracks the screen protector. But the case is cool except for that one spot next to the camera button it’s very flimsy

This crystal palace case is great. It is of course easy to snap on to my iPhone. It fits securely, providing excellent protection. It does not interfere with my screen protector, when snapping onto the phone, I like the clear case, so I can see the color of my phone. This case has a sort of rubbery feel, which will prevent it from cracking if dropped. I don’t drop my phones often, but when I do, I feel it will provide great protection. I like the little kickstand feature. With this, I don’t have to worry about trying to find something to prop my phone with when watching a movie or something. Great added feature. The kickstand is made of a metal material, which is a nice touch. It makes it more sturdy. I have used the kickstand with the phone in the upright and side positions. It works pretty well. The buttons are easy to navigate through the case. No issues. The opening at the bottom does not hinder the cord being connected. The MagSafe ring works for when I a using my MagSafe charger. So far, I have no issues with this case, it works, and serves my needs. Great case, I highly recommend, you can’t go wrong with this case.

Case works however it yellows easily and material feels cheap

While the stand is a good idea, it is practically useless. The case was supposed to fit my Pro Max 15 and was loose enough it would come off.

I've been trying out a lot of new phone cases for my iPhone 16 Pro Max lately. Sadly, this case doesn't really feel like it does anything exceptional for the price. The feel is very important and I'm on the fence with this one. I prefer a little more tackiness when holding my phone but I also like a phone that can easily slide in and out of my pocket. There's a fine line. This case is solely on the slide into the pocket side of that line. It doesn't feel bad in my hands, but it does collect the grease from my fingers and is just not very grippy in my hands. I don't think this is an exclusive problem for this phone case, I think it's more of an issue with transparent phone cases. Personally, I'm not a huge fan but if you enjoy transparent cases and how they feel, you'll probably feel right at home. As far as protection goes, this case has some bulk to it. I definitely prefer slimmer cases and have never had any issues with protection with those cases. This makes your phone feel like it's well protected though. The kick stand is nice, but something about it's tactile feel is off. I got another cheap case off of Amazon that has a kickstand that's a lot more stiff and feels better to play with. I know that's not the purpose but I like fidget toys and this kickstand just doesn't do it for me. It works pretty well as a stand for the phone. Vertical and horizonal work well, just make sure you're on a fairly flat surface or the phone will tip to the side without the kickstand. Another issue you might want to be aware of that's not the case's fault, necessarily. I have a wireless charger stand where my phone just sits on slightly slanted back. It's not MagSafe. It's just normal Qi charging but mostly vertical. The morning after I got this case, I noticed pretty early on in the morning that my phone was pretty drained and didn't know why. When I went to put it on the charger the next morning, I noticed that it wasn't charging at all. The extra bit of bulk to this case puts it just out of reach of my charger. Your mileage will certainly vary and this isn't an issue with MagSafe chargers that magnetically connect (I bought one of those shortly after this issue). Just something you might want to be aware of. So maybe this phone case just isn't for me. I don't think it's a bad phone case, objectively. But I also think that what you like in a phone case is very subjective and the feel and size of this case just doesn't do it for me. You might love it! Just have a look at it or give it a feel before you buy if you're on the fence.

dropped 2 1/2 feet and it had a large fracture on the bottom of the case. be aware. zagg will request $10 for the replacement.
