I loved my old zagg keyboard that I received from my daughter for Christmas awhile ago. Ordered this new one when I needed a new IPad. Not a happy camper. Only had it since June and it broke! I think they needed to stay with the old IPad in the ditch model instead of the one that just stays open like the new one. It broke without doing anything but opening it.

This keyboard sometimes is delayed and it also just stops working at times yet it is fully charged.

I loved it until it broke down 2 yrs later. The "9" button keeps getting stuck. And the hinge piece has cracked. Ive never abused my keyboard. Its either on a desk or on my lap. I don't throw it around. Its always protected in a soft-shell pocket designed for small computers. Im hoping ZAGG will replace it. We shall see....

Hard to insert iPad and to remove but tying I found to be good on the device

It was hard to get the tablet into and out of this item, I had my knuckles bleeding trying to get the tablet out. Did not work with just wanting to read a book and was heavy to hold while reading.

Case is much too heavy and bulky to fit with the overall feel of the ipad the keypad also had to connect over bluetooth instead of the side connectors like the folding case.

It was nice, but not what I really wanted, it was too bulky to hold while reading or working on unless it was on a table or lap.

This is the 4th Zagg keyboard I have owned. I love them and the Zagg company support is awesome! I returned this one because my new iPad Pro did not fit the case. The box said for iPad Air 2 and iPad Pro. Not possible for the Pro. I ordered the Slim for only the iPad Pro and it is perfect!

The adhesive detached from the keyboard and now broken.

Bought this for my new iPad Pro but returned it the next day. It just did not feel secure and when I turned it to use the iPad in vertical position it was awkward and clumsy. Took it back.

The case was too heavy. It didn't fold all the way around to allow reading. It lost connection to the iPad constantly. I took it back and got the Apple case instead

I bought this at the spur of the moment, but I returned it the next day for the Apple Smart Keyboard with a direct connection. I could not make it work.

I wish there were a cover for my ipad the would let us see the pretty ipad and rose/gold color. There wasn't much of a choice.

It was very glitchy. I had to pair it all the time even when battery was charged.

Works great other than the keyboard not lighting up.

The ZAGG Folio for IPAD Pro 9.7" is a great product. I use it for work and personal tasks and it eliminated the need for me to carry my laptop from meeting to meeting. I still need the laptop to do some work, but in meetings and on the travel, this is the product to have. The keyboard has various color options and brightness settings and states that you only need to charge it once every two years if you use it an hour a day and limited backlit. It has a "Home" button on the keyboard to prevent you from having to hit it on the IPAD. I highly recommend the ZAGG Folio case and Keyboard.

I purchased the ZAGG Folio for my new iPad Pro 9.7". I had previously bought the ZAGG Rugged Book (see my review on that product), but it is way too big, bulky and heavy for day-to-day use unless I was traveling or in rugged conditions. (I kept it for those reasons). The Folio has a great feel in your hand with a leather-like cover that makes gripping it easier than most cases. As others have noted, the lid does not go back more than 135 degrees or so, so you can't use this to hold your iPad Pro as a tablet unless you remove it. Keyboard, design and feel are quite nice. But the keyboard base is just a little too "light" and can't offset the weight of the iPad itself when opened and pushed back more than 90 degrees. The whole thing falls over! And the openings for the great speaker system of the iPad Pro are poor, keeping most of the sound bottled up. All in all this is a decent compromise between protection and use, with a few things that need fixed in future design runs.

The zagg keyboard is perfect for the ipad. I feel it fits perfectly!

I bought this as an impulse buy, but I am glad I did. It does kind of make it feel more like a laptop and I keep reaching for a touch mouse pad instead of touching the screeen, but other than that, it is a great buy.
