I was happy with this product until I noticed a mark on the screen where the fingerprint biometric appears. I thought it was a smudge and attempted to clean it. I soon learned it was a permanent mark. Im not rough with my products, so I struggled to figure out where the mark could have come from. At the time that I discovered the mark, I had only had the product for about a week. I had never before seen a mark like this on any of my previous screens for my devices. I was befuddled to say the least. Maybe one day I will return it. For now, I will submit this survey so others will take my experience into consideration when attempting to purchase a screen protector.

The screen protector isnt anything revolutionary but you cant beat the lifetime warranty. Easy swap in store no questions asked.

Way over priced for what it is. The install process was very easy and worked well. Within minutes of installing the protector it was a finger print magnet. One of the selling features listed as "Smudge Resistance" is totally false. My screen is beyond dirty all the time no matter how clean my fingers are. This protector might save your screen but it will get VERY beat up in the process. My protector is riddled with scratches and indents and makes the brand new phone look bad. I wouldn't purchase this again.

Zagg makes good quality items and has never let me down over the last 8 years I have been using them. Three phones and two watches later I've only ever used their warranty one time for a replacement protector that broke due to some horse play and caused my phone to land in a very awkward way. The phone screen was protected, which is what was important.

I only gave this item 4 points because it blocks my ability to use my fingerprint on my new Samsung phone. I did not expect this to be an issue. If you plan on using this feature, you might want to look for another option. Other than that, it is okay.

Fits well and also protects well. It was attached by an employee in Best Buy with the Geek Squad.

Great screen protector. Protected my phone from a rock impact on the screen, Best buy gave me a new replacement at no charge. Highly recommend. Easy to install if you clean the phone screen first and make sure the screen is lint free.

Zagg is the best screen protector and their warranty is excellent

One of the better screen savers that actually carries a warranty. A little pricey for a piece of plastic bit cheaper than a damaged/scratched screen. Only gave it 4 stars because it does show oil/dirt etc from hands but overall its worth not having a damaged screen. It can be cleaned using alcohol type wipes for eyeglasses.

Good heavy duty type screen protector with good quality.

Had on my last phone and my current one. I work construction so i am hard on my phones nevwr ad any real problems with it. Only thing is some times thw screen will get these indents on it, dont effect anything negatively, but even after they became a bit of an eye sore, they teplaced it anyways.

The screen protector fits pefect. It is a little reflective in sunlight when on a car mount (vent).

Zagg screen protectors are the best to protect your cell phone. Easy to use.

Very good protection and if it does crack easy to replace.

I have used this product before and have never been disappointed. I can think of only one instance - I dropped my phone from a stairway and it landed below on a concrete floor. The shield cracked only slightly but the phone was fine! And with the Zagg guarantee, the shield was replaced and installed by my local Best Buy store.

Worth it!!! My last ine broke and needed upgrade.. i was able to find one at my local best buy.
