This was a warranty replacement after 1.5 years. The process was great. The actual removal and new emplacement took way too long with the Geek Squad (lots of other work going on) whereas with previous phones it was done very fast at the phone department. Prefer the phone department face-to-face experience.

Nice hard shield and touch sensitivity is working perfectly. It's sort of hard to wipe the fingerprints off. Too expensive.

I bought this in the store and had one of the cell phone area employees install it on my phone. When I left the store it was on the phone in perfect condition. Very smooth and no bumps. However a few days later I noticed that there is a flaw in the material and now there seems to be a bump in the protector sheet. I don't know if the sheet came loose long enough for a piece of dirt to get under it or what happened. But there is now a little bubble wehre that piee of dirt is.

Asked the clerk to grab me a glass screen cover for my new S23+, didn't realize it was plastic, not glass, until I got home. Not a fan of plastic protective covers! End of story! Not cleanable, only with windex. My job involves restoration, oil colors, thinners & lacquer!

Hard to seperate protective "step 1" plastic. Ended up thinking I removed the right one causing it to not stick. Finally got the proper plastic removed. But had created a lot of dust particles. Was able to peel back gentley and remove the dust/airbubbles. Not too bad.
