Dropped phone from 5ft tool box and landed on concrete. Scrapped protector pretty good, phone screen not touched.

Great product. Even better lifetime warranty for bubbles and cracks. Also love that best buy will install warranty replacements at no extra charge.

Got my new, expensive S23 Ultra and decided to spend some money to make sure it was protected with an expensive case and this expensive screen protector. At first I was very happy with my purchase. Easy installation, looked extremely clean on the phone, very happy. A few quirks showed early on though was that fingerprints and the S pen became very hit or miss on whether or not they were going to work with consistent responsiveness. I can live with that as the case is still doing it's job of protecting the screen, which it still is to this day, BUT in the month or so that I've had the protector, it's appearance has deteriorated significantly. I consider myself to be pretty protective of my phone, but early on scratches began showing up much easier than expected for a product at this price boasting its scratch resistance. Then I noticed the ease with which you could leave imprints in the screen. If you take your tip finger nail and just run it up your screen, even with little to no pressure, it leaves a lasting imprint in the soft material this protector is made of. Finally, I have dropped this phone a grand total of once since I got it. It was a short fall off of a table and didn't appear to hit anything significant, but it left a gash in the protector that has caused an air bubble to form. For a product this expensive, I didn't expect it's durability to be in such question that I am looking to replace it only a month into it's use. I don't recommend. Pros: -Easy to install with perfection, no bubble issues for me, which is rare -Technically does what it sets out to do which is to keep my phone's screen from getting scratched or shattered Cons: -Touch sensitivity for different features takes a significant hit -Durability is lacking

I purchased the screen protector with built in blue light filtering. It's a great purchase and product. Highly recommend and worth the fee for installation.

It seems good. The screen is nice and clear. I think the blue light is helping, I have only had it for about a week though. I have used Zagg before and they stayed on well on my Galaxy S9. I am hoping for the same with my S23. So far, so good.

I like the protector because it is o e of the best if not the best for protector your phone face from being damaged when you drop the phone. It also protects my eyes from the bright screen and glare.

Does a great job protecting. Love the warranty. The screen is a little soft and will take scratches, but better the protector than your screen.

Pretty good. Fits well, touch and biometrics working good. Had it installed at the store for an extra charge, and if it ever gets messed up they will replace it.

Installed in store, and they will replace if anything happens to this screen protector. The price was veey high, but considering how often I rely ln my smartphone, protection is important.

The product is good and anti glare, easy to install on screen. 1 star less because it doesn't let unlock phone easily through fingerprints, have to try multiple times.

I've been using Zagg for more than a decade, and while it has been a generally good experience, I don't believe it's as sustainable as it once was. For instance, Zagg has had a policy of lifetime warranty, and we have used that policy to great effect. In recent years however, we've had to pay a replacement fee because they seemingly are continually discontinuing their shields. So, aside from having to pay the shipping fee (which I do understand), we've had to pay for the upgrade fee every time, even when we got the top tier shield that needed replacing. In essence, my main complaint is that time marches forward and things aren't as cheap as they used to be. That said, I do wish they continued to make the anti-glare shields as those had the best feel of any of screen protection I've experienced.

Decent quality. 5/10 as for protection. Fit perfect on the phone. I dropped the phone a couple weeks after purchase and damaged the protector. I had registered the product on the website the day i purchased. Went to follow up with the warranty and the manufacturer has made it impossible to get a replacement. Stating the webpage im looking for no longer exists. Emailed them with no response. Will not ever purchase another zagg product in the future.

This screen protector stays on so much better and when I've had to have my screen protector replaced I don't have to worry about replacing it. You all are wonderful employees at helping me to replace it and put it on for me

There's better options for other phones. This one does protect the screen but it gets dirty really quick and if hit by something, you'll see it.

This screen protector has gone through a lot with me these past few months. I've sat on my phone, dropped it multiple times face-front, and I have accidentally dropped my phone from a moving vehicle. And, throughout it all, this screen protector has not shattered once. I still use it for my phone and it looks brand new. I highly recommend this product to anyone thinking of their phone's protection.

It fits and works well no complaints so far. It does the intended job and was fairly priced in my opinion. ZAGG is great quality..

Install was alright instructions were not very clear and difficult to follow bubbles up really easy makes pen difficult to use.

Not a bad cover, does protect but have one corner that rolled within a day and other phone had a bubble that wont go away.
