My privacy screen protector cracked, but did not harm my phone. I decided to get the invisible shield, rather than the dark shield this time and I like it better, because it is easier to see the screen, especially at an angle. This also has a lifetime warranty, that I probably had on my previous screen. It was easy to apply. Altho there were a few bubbles, they cleared the next day on their own.

I was amazed at how easy it was to get My ZAGG Glass replaced. The clerk was very nice, professional and courteous. She new exactly what she was doing and immediately went and got me a new ZAGG Glass Cover and then directed me to another salesman that replaced replace my broken cover with the new on within 5 minutes The entire experience was absolutely amazing and awesome, it only took about 10 minutes from the time I walked in the door to the time I left.
