Box was still factory sealed, so I know it wasn’t returned. The alignment tool was the correct size, but the actual screen protector was for a much smaller phone.

I have had this screen protector for a couple of months now. My job requires me to carry a large quantity of keys. I often put the bundle of metal keys in the same pocket as my phone by accident. I constantly have to take them out, so they rub up against my phone screen. So far, there have been no scratches. I have also dropped my phone a couple of times, and it hasn't cracked yet!

Pick up a top notch protector like this ZAGG and even optionally let Geek Squad install it for you right there for $7.99. Good thing about ZAGG is that if it EVER breaks, walk right back into Best Buy and they'll replace it for you at no charge as long as it's still being stocked in store (although you'll have to pay the installation fee again). Easy peasy and sure beats having to call or email some company from an online purchase. Time is money, and we all have better things to do with our time! My wife's ZAGG protector lasted a few big drops but finally cracked 4 months after the purchase. On her lunch break, walked into Best Buy and got it replaced and reinstalled for a grand total of $8 plus tax! You're welcome!

Works Flawlessly ! In the event I do drop my phone on accident these have prevented my screen from cracking everytime. I love that they come with a lifetime warranty as I just return the broken screen protector back to Best Buy and they give me a new one.

The screen protector is enough to use if you arent very clumsy with your phone but mistakes do happen and this screen protector does not scrath or crack very easily good product worth the money and is you buy it youll never have to pay for another one again you can just take it in if you do crack it and they will replace it for you

I’ve been using these screen protectors for years in all my phones. They work great and protect your phone screen flawlessly. I’ve broken several of these and the screen hasn’t broke on any of my phones. Never had an issue with warranty swap and they ship quickly.

Great screen protector, had these for years on multiple iPhones and warranties them through Best Buy tens of times. Only problem is that the last time I went and bought a new one for my iPhone 17 pro max, the Best Buy employee made me pay a $9 fee for being able to use the warranty through Best Buy which is bs, I believe what he made me pay for was a screen “installation”. You don’t need to buy anything else but the screen protector at Best Buy to be able to warranty it through them.
