I love my ROG Ally. I already game on PC so im use to having to fiddle with settings to get my games performing as i like. I haven't found a game it cant play yet. There are a couple querks with it so 4 stars.

The ZAGG Glass+ Defense for the ASUS ROG Ally does a decent job of protecting the screen from scratches and minor drops. It’s pretty easy to apply without bubbles, and it fits the screen well. However, I noticed that it can make the touch sensitivity a little less responsive, which is a bit frustrating during gaming. Also, the edges don’t seem to stick as well as the center, so I’m worried about dust getting underneath over time. It’s not perfect, but it’s better than nothing if you want some extra protection for your device.

My unit is the ROG Ally with the AMD Z1 Extreme CPU. Setting up and upgrading the SSD from 512 GB to 1 TB was easy. All the games work great. Using the unit docked with a TV is the best. The only caveat is the battery life. It only lasts less than two hours without a charger connected. Most of the time I use the handheld connected to a charger outside or with a dock station at home. The 1080-unit screen resolution is great. I can tell since using the ROG Ally, I have not used my console for gaming. The reason is I can play games like Elden Ring at home and on the go.

I’ve used Zagg products for a long time becuase of their reliability and this shield is no different. Went on easy and works great!

It covers the screen of my ROG Ally x very well. No scratches, comes with a microfiber cloth, and some tools to help with putting the screen on. Overall, a good purchase.

Purchased for Ally X, the install adapter will Not fit the X, but install was easy without it. Comes with all the cleaning goodness, haven’t had any impacts, so can’t vouch for that. lol. Screen clarity is as good as without.

I love ZAGG screen protectors and have them on all my devices. I have yet to have a broken screen and I am a clumsy person. They're the best in the industry. Once lined up and applied, this protector looked seamless and you couldn't even tell it had any protector on it - which is the best kind. For your expensive devices, it is the best thing to make you feel safe leaving the house with your cool new toy. A++++

I have had fun with my Asus ROG. I am a truck driver so I connect to it with my mobile hotspot and I never get any lag. Graphics are amazing. Battery life is terrible though.

Me and my wife love these, the 1tb storage is perfect for storing our games so we have plenty of options on the go. In silent mode the battery lasts really well but in higher end games or turbo mode you may only get an hour. It runs windows so any game platform works unlike steam deck.

Fit perfectly and helps prevent scratches. I recommend.
