But if the first one was awesome, but this one because I think it was not the original one that they were supposed to give me was awful. It was trash. I’m sad. I give it a four because I really loved the first one and it could’ve been a first one, but I don’t know.

Justin, the sales associate, installed it on the phone for me while transferring the info to my new phone. Justin was very friendly and professional and friendly while doing so. He is to be commended. So far no problems. Time will tell if the protector lives up to its guarantee.
