Certainly a lot of single-use items in the kit, but that's a different issue.

It's pretty tough so my phone should be protected if I should drop it. The man at the Best Buy store did a great job putting it on. Thanks!

Been great protection for phone. Went back to Best But and they ordered new ones and install when came in.

Crack it, go back to Best Buy and get it replaced. Scratch it, go back to Best Buy and get it replaced. No issues with loss of touch sensitivity.
