She quickly placed the new screen protector on my phone. The old screen protector had lasted through a lot of drops before it cracked at the bottom. I do have the lifetime warranty which makes the whole process painless.

I don't know if this is good or bad. I have had to go b ack to the store several times over the past few years. I've probably had four of them. I am thankful for the warranty.

The item is a quality product and I can only remember one failure. Will purchase again and highly recommend. Went the cheaper route once with another brand and it failed quite often. Pay a little more and get a better quality glass like ZAGG.
