Clear and tough, don't even know its there.

I can't even tell its on there. In fact its so clear, I can see the small scratch on my phone through the shield.

iPhone Protective Screen

It was covered by ZAGG and was supported by Best Buy, It was replaced in store at no charge to me. Best Buy is truly a pleasure to do business with. Everything I purchase at Best Buy has been excellent in quality and service!

Keep the tray

You need to register the product to get a replacement when needed. Don’t throw away the tray! It’s important otherwise you’ll be buying another. Screen was protected during the accident.

If it breaks, don't take it off the phone

It installed easily and worked great, until I dropped the phone on concrete. That's fine, that is why it's there. I removed it to use the phone until I could get back to Best Buy to get the free replacement under the lifetime warranty. They would not replace it because I did not have the broken one with me, I had thrown it out. No one told me at the time of purchase you have to bring in the old one for Best Buy to replace it. I was able to contact Zagg directly and get a replacement but had to pay $9.99 for shipping. If you have one break, hang on to it. There is apparently a number on it that Best Buy needs to get reimbursed by Zagg for the replacement.
