I was taking the case off and it came off, easily. They mentioned that geek squad will put it back on since I have the total care package.

Screen protector didnt even last 2 weeks

The cheapest and bottom tier worst kind of screen protector. Not necessarily bestbuys fault though, not blaming them at all. It just happened to be the highest available for whatever reason the zagg brand i usually get which was the top best keeps getting discontinued.

Garbage

One day you will look down and your $40 screen protector will be cracked for no reason. Good thing there are free replacements, I literally just wasted my time getting this one put on and it needs replaced again.
