I have never had a broken screen using these. I had a cheaper quality placed on my new phone at the Verizon store and regretted it. It cracked within a week ( luckily phone was okay) I quickly went and replaced mine and my husband’s. I will not make that mistake again.

She was absolutely right, I have dropped my phone more than I like to admit but each time the product did exactly as advertised. It prevented disaster. The service rep who installed it was patient and professional. Good job Best Buy

He mostly got s screen protector for scratching, so it was a nice option compared to dropping even more on the fancier ones that seemed overkill

They put it on & then if I have any issues I bring it back & they replace it for free! I have never had a problem & the protectors are much needed for your phone!

Free replacement when cracks occur under their lifetime warranty (after registering purchase with them on their website). They may be more expensive, but definitely worth it!
