I've been waiting for 3 months for a replacement. The salespeople will sell you on this overpriced product because of the warranty...what they don't tell you is that you will never get a "guaranteed replacement" because the product is never in stock....cannot be purchased, shipped, etc. Don't fall for it. Buy cheaper ones on Amazon.

Recently purchased a new phone and selected this screen protector. The product chipped and cracked on day 2. I’ve never experienced this in the past. The warranty provided for a replacement but the replacement item was out of stock to which the company offered an alternative at a cost of $30. I called Best Buy who stated it could be returned for a restocking fee of $48? - charging me to return the item. After this 3rd poor Best Buy experience, I was prompted to purchase a screen protector from the Apple Store with a useful warranty. The Apple Store kindly removed the cracked product and applied theirs. I had a great experience at Apple.

Breaks right away 2 already broke, good thing is they replaced the first one after it broke on day 2 after a small fall.

This zagg cracks quickly than any I have ever seen. Not sure if it’s a defect but if you drop your phone it’s just shattered

The edges are very sharp. When you swipe up from the bottom of the screen, it actually feels uncomfortable. Pro is that if it cracks, Best Buy will replace it. No claims to file.

Don't fall for this scam where they offer a free replacement. The "free" replacement includes $8.00 shipping charge, took a week to arrive, does not include a tray to install the screen and the new screen protector did not stick well and had bubbles all over it. Crap.

The screen protector does not cover the whole screen and will cut certain things off when on the edge of the screen and looks terrible

I’ve had multiple screen protectors over the years and none of them have cracked as much as this one. Even tho they replace them for free, it’s still a hassle. I upgraded to the thicker one and so hopefully that one works better.

The screen protector is not the same size of iphone 16 pro.

Seems as if this product has been discontinued by bestbuy i bought this screen protector specifically for tbe warranty which i cannot claim because its not sold anymore terrible customer service and terrible buying experience

Went in to purchase a screen protector for my new iphone 16 pro and paid for the installation . Waited in line for a while due to one employee working behind the counter and a line of customers. Finally my turn and took over 45 min after the employee told me around 8 min. Complained about the time and my phone had been ready for a while. The employee Raul was very rude with no worries at all. Not happy!!!

they break too easily but good thing is they are guaranteed so you get a new one. I had never broken a screen protector before but have gone thru two of these since December. Glad you have free replacements. Good thing is phone screen was OK so they did their job.

Very poor. To costly for the way it’s made. Easy to gouge. Curls up on edges. By the cheaper ones. Much better.
