Buy from Best Buy ONLY! Some how I cracked the shield. I thought it was my actual phone but later found out, no the shield cracked but protected my phone. Not only though, Best Buy installed my replacement shield as well! Very happy with the product and my BB service!

Decent screen protector, even though I made sure to clean and prep the screen there was still some air bubbles. Although, small and barely noticeable there was some, not due to dust but the screen protector itself was not adhering well in some spots.
