They have the best lifetime warranty. Buy it once and you can get free replacements for cracked screens. Couple that with BB's Total Tech Protection plan and the installation is free, and replacement is hassle free too

My hubby even loves way it feels on his fingers! Hopefully the “replacement” warranty is true, but never need to use it. (We had the employee put it on for us. Highly recommend that.)

I have used their glass screen protectors on nearly every phone I have owned, and never had a phone screen crack. The protector did it's job and cracked when the phone was dropped, but the phone never did!

A Must Have!

I've always had these on my phone and have NEVER had to replace a screen. I've dropped it, kicked it, sat on it; the shield has cracked but the screen never.
