Everything went fine when applying this. It seemed great. Totally attached to the phone, etc. I had it on the phone without any type of case for a couple days did not use the phone but a couple times within those couple days trying to let the glass sit. I put an OtterBox case on it and within a day it was peeling away.

It's working but it only took about a month for it to start chipping and cracking- I don't think I've been any more rough with it than I have been with other screen protectors in the past, and those lasted six months plus before they started to wear.

I have no issue with the screen protector but the fact that Best Buy wanted me to pay extra to install it is absurd. If you purchase something like that, than it should be a free installation. I’m not purchasing another screen protector again from this company until they change the policy.

The screen protector did not last as long as the others that I’ve had and it cost at least twice as much. If you don’t drop your phone a lot it’s probably fine but if you’re clumsy like me, this is not a good choice.

The glass screen shattered when I fell. I had screen protector put on phone when I was getting it repaired. Looks great and I have peace of mind this will not happen again.

Not happy -- the Zagg glass "protector" began to crack within two or three weeks of having it applied to my phone. Now it's cracked in several other places -- will have to go back for a replacement unfortunately. The glass shards are dangerous as they can fall into food, wind up in my fingers or even in my cat's food. I need to get rid of the Zagg glass so called protector.

There’s always crack within a week of getting them. They’re very bad bad bad quality. I believe I’m spending more on your eight dollar charged to install them then if I just but a good brand myself from another store and gave up your warranty service.

On my first attempt, I got a bunch of dust particles on the sticky side of the screen protector, so the screen protector didn't lay flat. Each bit of dust became a little bubble. Once dust is stuck to the sticky side, there is no way to get it off. So I peeled that one off, threw it away, and bought another just like it.
One the second one, I cracked the corner of the screen protector getting it on and rubbing out the air bubbles. Not great.
So, then I was out $50, and still didn't have a satisfactory result. There was no way was was going to buy a third one of these.
So I went and bought another brand, and it worked perfectly the first time.

The Zagg glass phone cover seems to provide the desired phone protection. However, it seems to crack very easily. The bright side is that it has a lifetime warranty, but wish it didn’t need the many replacements.
