The Zagg glass phone cover seems to provide the desired phone protection. However, it seems to crack very easily. The bright side is that it has a lifetime warranty, but wish it didn’t need the many replacements.

On my first attempt, I got a bunch of dust particles on the sticky side of the screen protector, so the screen protector didn't lay flat. Each bit of dust became a little bubble. Once dust is stuck to the sticky side, there is no way to get it off. So I peeled that one off, threw it away, and bought another just like it. One the second one, I cracked the corner of the screen protector getting it on and rubbing out the air bubbles. Not great. So, then I was out $50, and still didn't have a satisfactory result. There was no way was was going to buy a third one of these. So I went and bought another brand, and it worked perfectly the first time.

Defense Screen does what it is supposed to do. A great value for the price. It has saved my phone screen more than once.

I noticed a crack in this item a week later I have not dropped/sat on my phone so how did that happen? I have no clue. Did not take it in yet for replacement

Provides very little protection, difficult to fit perfectly or adjust and has bubbles between glass and plastic cover. The cost of this and the protective case together is more than if you bought the otter box which is a better protection case and looks better as well.

Not happy -- the Zagg glass "protector" began to crack within two or three weeks of having it applied to my phone. Now it's cracked in several other places -- will have to go back for a replacement unfortunately. The glass shards are dangerous as they can fall into food, wind up in my fingers or even in my cat's food. I need to get rid of the Zagg glass so called protector.

Not a bad price, but the charge to install is ridiculous. Took it to Verizon store for no cost install.

It does a great job, and since we are Total Tech members there was no installation charge.

There’s always crack within a week of getting them. They’re very bad bad bad quality. I believe I’m spending more on your eight dollar charged to install them then if I just but a good brand myself from another store and gave up your warranty service.

Fits great, Best Buy installed for free and Lifetime warranty what more is there to say

Now I won’t scratch or chip my screen. They put it on at the store for a small fee.

Used to have the “free replacements for life” with these, but Best Buy stopped carrying them. Not worth mailing them in for replacements now since they seem to crack pretty easily. I drop my phone a lot and had to get a new screen protector constantly. With a different brand I don’t have this issue.

This is a great shield. So much better than the one I bought in the phone store!!

The Zagg shield is excellent for protection but chips and cracks very easily.

Somehow the screen shield already has a severe chip

Works as advertised and I recommend the Best Buy installation service

I have always used Zagg and have been very happy with their products.

I think the glass invisibleshield makes the phone feel a little heavy.

Phone has been dropped many times since installation with no issues.
