Great customer service

I went into Best buy and they were able to locate the exact same screensaver and get it for me and no time at all. Better yet it was still under warranty and I got it for free. They shipped to my house and it was there in no time at all. I really appreciate the great service I got on that day.

WARNING! STAY AWAY FROM ZAGG PRODUCTS

It just so happens every time I shop at Best Buy, I end up with the same garbage brand screen protectors from ZAGG! They are not worth the hassle or time, AND DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE HIGH PRICE!! ZAGG DOES OFFER A WARRANTY ON MOST OF ITS PRODUCTS but you must register your ZAGG PRODUCTS ON THEIR WEBSITE and in MOST cases you will need your receipt of purchase for the item as well; they will also make you pay a shipping charge to send out the warranty replacement but not only that I pay charges again to shop the broken item to them or I can take it back to where I purchased and handle it that way which again is still a waste of time and money! So please take it from me; these garbage protectors do not last more than a month or two , IF THAT!

Had to make a 2nd trip back since Geek Squad was too busy to put it on the phone or we would have known before we left store. Very Frustrating over a simple screen protector.
