I tried again after a year. This time I got all the service and instrutions I needed. This experiene was great.

The battery got extremely hot and kept shutting down. I exchanged it thinking it was just that phone but the second one fried my sim card after 52 days.

I changed my former company, but the problem is with this phone. I don't recommend anyone to buy it and go through what I am right now.
