The LIFETIME WARRANTY does not mean LIFETIME!

I bought this for my elderly mom because we have 2 others & they have also worked well. 1 of those has even been replaced twice. I was EXTREMELY DISSAPPOINTED about a week later we took one of those purchased previously back to have it replaced (on the Lifetime Warranty) only to be told that it has not been DISCONTINUED. No alternative was offered. So I guess there is NO REAL LIFETIME WARRANTY. Don't be fooled.

I don't recommend not well made

The screen breaks very easy. It is not a durable product at all. The best part is that Best Buy is very good at replacing the screens for free.

Useless Sceen Protector; Don’t Waste Your Money

I had it about a month dropped the phone and the screen shattered. Looks like it had been shot. This is going to cost me $300.00 because AT&T tells me they are not responsible for the damage.
