Horrible experience

After spending almost $1700 in 2 months and you guys wouldn't warranty an apple charger that attempted to catch on fire ( you can visibly see the char on the white cable), which in all rights, I could speak to an attorney about, and your employee was horrible to deal with. I will be telling everyone about my negative experience. It was like a $10 apple charger, your company is ridiculous. No wonder you never have customers in your store.

cracked quickly

It has a raised edge on the right middle section causing the product to allow an air bubble to appear. Better fit and this product would be nice.
