While purchasing I was given a strong recommendation to this brand because of its warranty and durability, this definitely makes up for the price. Tho it was a little tricky to apply. So far so good

Life time replacement, but you have to get the free replacement by registering it with ZAGG online then submit the replacement online. Took 10 days to get the replacement. It should have been in the store where it was purchased. No happy because I was misled by the sales staff when purchased!

Device works at a good speed for our needs. Love the case options. Parental settings are not as easily managed and monitored as advertised. Quite disappointed in the family settings as well.

I paid quite a bit more for this product because of the lifetime warranty but I wish I had been told that I have to pay $10 every time to cover shipping and handling. I was originally told to just bring the iPad to Best Buy and they would replace it free of charge but found out later that this only applies to the iPhone. I would not purchase again.
