Not free warranty replacement

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Quality product however when my child broke the screen I came in to Best Buy geek squad and they told me they would not replace it in store and that I needed to go to the manufacturer site to order a free replacement screen. The catch is the manufacturer requires me to pay $9.99 for shipping which I didn’t expect. If I would have known it was not free I would not have bought it from Best Buy and instead so cheaper screen protector. This is just for the iPad screen protector not the iPhone screen protector which was free in house at Best Buy
