Never dropped or hit on anything. Perhaps it was put on incorrectly at the store or it was damaged in some was in installation or from factory as edge is rough where the crack appears to begin. I need to get back to Best Buy to have it replaced again.

The holes dl not line up, as if they put the wrong one in the box. I am on my way back, for the second time, to return. I’ll try an Otterbox next
