ZAGG screen protector

Customer Service Let Down

I ask a representative to install my new Zagg screen. So the representative installed the screen, but hesitated after he installed it, and stated that the screen had a few imperfections. He also stated that they did not have another one in stock, Then asked if i could return in a few days once they are in stock. I asked if i could a free upgrade to the Zagg XTR4, he said no. OK can i get a discount, no, you can return in a couple of days to get one in stock. No custmer convenience here!
