    Product was returned unopened shortly after the return window and the store manager refused to honor the return. Customer service was awful. Have purchased many high ticket items from Best Buy before. Will never spend another dime with this company.

    The x11 was not in stock so I had to settle for this one. They don’t last long with my line of work, I believe the longest I’ve had a privacy one was a little over two weeks. Good thing the new phones come out soon.

    These protect your screen well, however, I have to replace mine a lot due to the screen protector coming loose from the phone screen. This is aggravating and very inconvenient since I have to go into the store to make this happen. It cannot be done online or over the phone. So this isn’t worth it in my opinion.
