The sheet you pull to install breaks off. Then when you try to install it without it's a mess. Total waste of money. Also zero customer service and do not believe the claim that they will replace your phone, etc. I know this is a new product of best buy but read other actual person reviews on different websites. You’ll see how bad this product is and how bad the seller is at rectifying.
