    Nothing elite about it. My fault for not registering my purchase, apparently. I bought this screen protector and a week after having it on my phone, the screen protector cracked! Never dropped my phone once. How does that happen? Not worth $45. Now I have to spend more money on a different screen protector. Very upsetting.

    I purchased a ZAGG screen protector that broke after just three months of use. Despite being marketed as a privacy screen, the polarized screen was not strong enough and could still be seen through. The warranty replacement process was even more disappointing. Although I registered the product and filed for a replacement without being asked for a receipt, my order was canceled without any email notification or explanation. I only discovered this by logging into my account and seeing the status marked as incomplete. After spending 30 minutes on the phone, enduring multiple hold messages about their "world-class customer service," I finally spoke to a representative. He unapologetically informed me that I needed to provide the receipt to refile the replacement order, despite the system never requesting it during registration or the initial claim. He insisted there was nothing wrong with their process, ignoring the multiple opportunities they had to request the receipt earlier. Overall, this experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I would not recommend ZAGG products due to their poor quality and even worse customer service.

    Protector doesn’t even cover the entire screen from all viewing angles. Bright clearly visible screen and unprotected glass is seen between the edge of the screen protector. Zagg used to be a great top of the line screen protector but not anymore. Clear packing tape would probably be a better alternative to this screen protector
