But the lifetime warranty has paid for itself, so the price is sort of worth it. Had mine for two months and already been through for screen protectors.

Screen Protector needs replacing once per month

I am now on my third replacement - the screen protector seems to be very fragile and although my phone is always in its Otterbox case, the screen protector keeps cracking. I appreciate that it has a warranty and Best Buy will replace it but it's inconvenient to have to return it so frequently.

I wasted my money on this thing and it cracked with out everything dropping the phone. I put the phone in my back pocket. Sat down in the car and pulled it out my pocket to see it cracked. I only had it 3 days. Complete waste of money dont buy

I know it has a lifetime warranty, but it’s time-consuming to go and replace it every time. The worst part is dealing with the cashier’s attitude. Honestly, I started to see Best Buy’s true customer service after this experience. Since then, I’ve made Best Buy my last choice for all my purchases.
