The tablet can be unresponsive at times and others have said it was due to their screen protector. They never said what kind they were using, but I'm having the same issue.

I applied online for replacement and paid the shipping fee again. Bestbuy and Zacc should figure this thing out.

It was easy to install but make sure there are no little lints or particles on the screen before you install it.
