The tablet can be unresponsive at times and others have said it was due to their screen protector. They never said what kind they were using, but I'm having the same issue.

I applied online for replacement and paid the shipping fee again. Bestbuy and Zacc should figure this thing out.

Clear shield

No creases or raised spots. It is easy to clean and this shield doesn't seem to to attract as much dust as others I've had.
