The only reason i bought this product was because they replaced it if the phone fell and the screen protector was damaged. When best buy stopped honoring this lifetime warranty, I bought an otter box screen protector and this has proved to be the best purchase ever!! I can carry my phone in my purse and if I drop it face down, I don’t have to worry if the screen or the screen protector broke because it has not so far! Unfortunately, i am clumpsy so this phone has been dropped on multiple occasions. I bought the case a few months priors to getting the screen protector. Now, all i just need is a camera protector from otter box and i will be golden:)

I dropped my phone and it cracked in one spot. That was fine. But it has since spidered to different cracks throughout. And while that could be me, ive never had any other screen protecter crsck the way this one has.

I’m just very upset about that especially when I pay my yearly payment for the geek squad.
