This is the first time I've bought a rigid screen protector. The application process was quite precise for placement, though all guided by wordless images, so a bit subject to interpretation. I'm hoping not to drop the phone, but feel safer now that if I do, it will be fine. In the cold, touch may not register easily, not sure if that's Reynaud's fault, or having an extra layer on the screen.

I have been buying ZAGG screen protectors from Best Buy for a very long time, and our family of 7 has one from Best Buy on all of our phones. We recently moved to a place without a Best Buy, so whenever we are in Las Vegas, we stop at the Henderson location if we happen to need a warranty replacement. I have to say that in the last 15 years, the Henderson location has been the worst to deal with on this. There is no consistency on where to go to get it processed; there is always way more staff there than customers, and they rarely engage us as customers. Sometimes they will install the protector, sometimes they want to charge us for installation. And this last time, they tried to charge us for the replacement? If there were a more convenient location, we would absolutely use it rather than Henderson. Very turned off by the staff at this location.
