Great quality, but I managed to crack it still after several months. The warranty was a joke this time around and they NEVER replied or followed up about replacement. I tried a few times and couldn’t get anyone to reply.

Just my opinion, but, definitely the best brand for screen protectors.

I have been buying ZAGG screen protectors from Best Buy for a very long time, and our family of 7 has one from Best Buy on all of our phones. We recently moved to a place without a Best Buy, so whenever we are in Las Vegas, we stop at the Henderson location if we happen to need a warranty replacement. I have to say that in the last 15 years, the Henderson location has been the worst to deal with on this. There is no consistency on where to go to get it processed; there is always way more staff there than customers, and they rarely engage us as customers. Sometimes they will install the protector, sometimes they want to charge us for installation. And this last time, they tried to charge us for the replacement? If there were a more convenient location, we would absolutely use it rather than Henderson. Very turned off by the staff at this location.

The ZAGG protectors are absolutely the best! These are great for keeping the screen from odd scratches and they ALWAYS replace the screen protectors for FREE if your screen gets damaged. Everyone should use ZAGG products.

I didn't know until I bought this glass screen protector that there are levels of glass protection shields with different guarantees if the glass protection breaks. This medium guarantee level is just below the most protection, which costs a bit more. I am glad I bought this Zagg InvisibleShield Glass Elite Screen protector which is so much better than the one I had on my iPhone that I traded in.
