Its purpose is to protect the phone screen from cracking/damaging. It does not mean the screen protector will not crack or damage in protecting the phone screen. I dropped my phone just a few days after putting this screen protector on. The entire screen protector was cracked, but it saved my phone screen. So, I guess it did its job. Now I have to replace the screen protector through Zagg, which will cost me the shipping fee. I've been using Zagg screen protectors for over 15 years and I think it's definitely worth the money. Other than the fact that it's relatively easy to crack and break the screen protector, it's always done its job, which is to protect the actual phone screen from cracking/damaging.

I like that it’s thicker than my previous screen protector and feels more durable. Even though it is thicker it doesn’t look bulky and it’s unnoticeable with how crystal clear my screen is. I also love the warranty being able to replace it should it crack. Great product all around!
