I really love my screen protector because it protects my new phone. I visited Best buy again yesterday to change it out and get a 'privacy screen protector' but, you guys didn't have any in stock.

It's a MUST to have this installed in store. I think it was less than $10 and they replace and reapply if it breaks. I had the first one for 6+ months until it cracked and they replaced it no questions asked. That one only lasted a week before a drop cracked it and I had to get another one, again no questions asked!

I give it five stars because BB will replace it for free when cracked - The product itself may do what it’s supposed to - But I have four family phones with the screen protector installed and the protector has cracked multiple times on all four phones - So perhaps they have saved my actual phone screen from busting - Anyway BB has replaced the protector each time and I am told will continue to do so as long as I own my phone - So that is why I give this product five stars.

These screen protectors are great, especially with the warranty program. If they crack, bubble up or are chipped-replaced at no cost. I have Best Buy put them on as part of the purchase.
