I had to end up with a Zagg for the same price of $48 which cracked in 3 places after I dropped it on a rug 3 days later! Zagg cracks on the outer edges first, then across the screen. I ordered Belkin online but Best Buy does NOT know how to correctly list iPhone pro, pro max and plus accessories correctly. I ordered the Belkin blue light glass protector online for iPhone 15 PLUS to have before I left for vacation. Notified it was ready for pickup 4 days later. Showed my receipt which clearly stated iPhone 15 PLUS, took it home, I noticed it was smaller than my iPhone PLUS screen and the package description was for iPhone PRO which has different dimensions. Returned it, showed the Rep my 15 PLUS confirmation order and 15 PRO glass I picked up. Whoever is listing these online sku’s should be fired as this is the 2nd time I ordered an accessory for an iphone category as described online but received a different product. By now, this should be BASIC; the incorrect sku # listed was 1 digit off from the correct ski#. The in store Rep wasn’t too sharp either. He thought the ski # served both the iPhone 15 Plus AND Pro. I had to inform him the due to specification differences, that cannot be possible. I am noticing the decline of customer service in the last 2 years with not so bright Gen Xer’s making up their own versions and stories. Their product guessing instead of product knowledge leaves a lot to be desired.
