My phone has a case but the scren protector cracked without dropping after 9 months of use. I brought it to Buybuy store for a replacement but was told to come back because they don't have it in stock. They don't guarantee it's back in stock when i come back so I just have to keep checking. Hmm. Now i'm stuck with a broken screen.
