Avoid Polymer Protectors, Buy Glass ones.

No I don't abuse it, and I've never had a problem with a Zagg screen protector before. I used to work at a phone repair shop and handled literally hundreds of them. My only guess is that it's the polymer screen protector, as up until this phone I've only ever used their glass protectors. Disappointing that the polymer is so soft it seems to permanently deform just from touch I guess. What makes this more frustrating is that, while I typically love their warranty where you only pay shipping for a replacement; Since this is an upgrade, I'd have to pay the difference in price of $10 (that's fine, it makes sense) and "upgrade fee" of $5 (Why?) And then the base shipping as well $10, plus tax. So I'm paying over half the price of either screen protector to rectify their poor design decisions.
