Good product, bad install service

The best buy geek squad/cell phone sales installation process is pretty horrible. No reason why you have to pay $8 for install everytime. Was not happy the last time i was at best buy.

This phone is easy to use, charging is quick and the phone is very responsive. Transition from the old phone (S9) to this one, seamless. Added a ZAGG InvisibleShield Glass Defense Screen Protector and Otterbox. Very happy with the purchase and the great customer service Eli provided.

It has saved my screen so many times. When I am working I will stick nuts, bolts, and screws in my pocket with my phone sometimes. My screen has never been scratched or broken. If I scratch the protector I bring it in, prove I bought it and they install a new one free. Just be sure to leave the old one on when you bring it in for replacement.

Only buy ZAGG screen covers!

Zagg produces great quality, the screen cover doesn't interfere with the touch screen, and Zagg has the BEST warranty in the business. If the cover ever breaks, shatters, etc. you can take it directly to Best Buy (or wherever you buy it) and it will be replaced at no charge.

They have always protected my phone screens. I gave it only 4 stars because they show fingerprints, and they used to have one that did not. Hopefully they make another that doesn't show fingerprints.
