This allows for premature damage to the screens and the 2nd is to make sure that the phone has an OTTERBOX case. A cell phone needs protection, don't forget the Best Buy Protection Plan.

I have had these before and they've always been very sufficient this particular time it seems totally changed the quality. It's still best to go to a store then Best Buy store then go to the other Outlet which is everyone aware of to order which something you can't touch or see that's my honest opinion thank you for your time and help.

I think I'd gladly pay to have someone in the store put on my screen cover. And if you offer that service, well, no one offered when I asked an associate if I had the right item.
