Soft layer on top

I didnt realize this had a soft layer over it and its scratched and dented in already. Wish i read the package better and got one that was full glass.

Defective product; no way to contact Zagg.

There is a white tab that says peel here first. I did that, then I continued with the installation. Things seemed to go too well with zero bubbles and the protector seemed to fit too perfectly with no lines around the edges. Well, turns out, the protector stuck to the sheet that says peel here first. I attempted to contact Zagg to ask what to do since there would be no way to center the protector now that it was no longer attached to the centering template. Guess what? There is no way to contact them. Zero. No phone, no email, no chat (other than a bot). No resolution. I did find a way to file a warranty claim and they indicated they would send a replacement but wanted to charge me $10 for shipping. They provided a defective product and then want me to pay for their mistake. Stay away!!!
