However, even the plastic button on my shorts pocket scratches the protector. The protector is all scratched now, im going to ask if free replacement covers scratches too. Cant really recommend it because of the scratches.

If you have best buy install it, they will install and replace forever for free. I had some bubbles, took it back the next day, and they replaced it and installed it. Awesome!!!

Apparently they just changed their "policy" last week and now you have to pay $8 for every "install" their policy and insurance is such a scam. Paid for the lost & stolen phone insurance... never got my replacement phone. I gave up after waiting 3 months and jumping through their hoops of fire. BUYER BEWARE

Oh my god, the fingerprints!

Oh my god the fingerprints. I've had my phone for just over a month, dropped it for the first time and there's a chip in the screen protector already. Fortunately I had registered the screen protector through Zagg and they're providing a replacement. I chose a different screen protector so they upcharged it $5 (despite the value of the screen protector that I had being more) and they're charging me $9.99 for shipping. It's better than buying a brand new one for triple the cost but I expected better. Zagg does a fantastic job with installation setup though and I would never choose a different brand.
