Ugh. I nearly missed seeing the instructions, which were located on one of the envelopes that contained the components. Ugh. They could have printed them on a small piece of paper. Instead, you get two envelopes and some plastic template that you have to stick the phone into in order to get a proper seal for the protective plastic. I would have paid Best Buy to have them put it on if I'd known just how lengthy and irritating this process is. You have to be patient to get it right. Clearly my expectations of a $60 piece of protective plastic were too high. Ugh.
