Don’t buy this item it doesn’t work. I placed it on my new IPad and it didn’t protect my screen. My screen cracked after a few weeks after I put it on and when I called Best Buy customer service they didn’t offer to help in any way. I am very disappointed in Best Buy and now I am out 50.00 dollars that I had paid for the screen protector and another 200.00 dollars to fix my screen.

Terrible ! Spent triple the price instead of warranting it out through zagg for it to NOT come with the tray to properly place it on…. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID just warranty it out if it breaks (which it rarely does but still)

Could use more options like anti glares or privacy

No matter how I put it on, there were bubbles that would not go away no matter how much I tried to move them to the edge. Its no better than a cheaper tempered glass protector. Save the $20ish bucks and go with a different brand.

not good... its broke after few months, i brought it back to the store to replacing a new one but they dont let me to do it. i think its life time quarantine, but they dont want to do it. very disappointed

This protector lasted one week before it managed to crack.

This product was listed as a potential co-purchase with a Samsung tablet. Stupid me didn't see the "Apple iPad" in the description until AFTER I unboxed it and realized it didn't fit on my new Samsung tablet. Caveat emptor, of course, but I can't help but be at least a little bit ticked at BB and their algorithms for recommending the wrong item. I eventually purchased an item from a different retailer for roughly 10% of the price. In short, whether or not this is right for you, it's extremely overpriced, and I highly recommend shopping elsewhere for screen protectors.

Unfortunately the screen protector did not work for me. I was not able to remove the large bubbles and finally gave up. Likely because it was missing an item needed to clean the screen properly. I’ve never had a problem in the past. Unfortunately I did not open the package until after the return window. I’ve always loved zagg products. This is my first bad experience with them. It’s now sitting in its box and I am out of $50. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed.

This glass protector always ends up with a bubble, and it's way overpriced. Can get 3 glass protectors for less than 1 of these, and the quality in the 3 glass protectors is way better.

Good luck installing this by yourself. Any dust will create bubbles, and I couldn’t get the air bubbles out from toward the top of the screen. Peeled the protector up to try and remove a stray piece of dust off the brand new screen and it just made it worse. I just threw the screen protector out at that point. Waste of money.

Protects like it should so far. We will as only time will tell.

It had bubbles on it when I had put it on and when I tried to take it off to readjust it. it made more bubbles and no matter what I tried to do they wouldn't go away.

Love Zagg!! Can’t beat the lifetime warranty I use it in all my products.

The instructions are incomplete . I got better results with a similar protector and paid a quarter of the price.

I bought this when I bought the ipad. I just bought it because it popped up as recommended by Best Buy. I should have skipped and looked at others. This one cost more than double the cost of screens I have bought in the past. And it left a huge bubble. The instructions say the bubbles will disappear after 24 hours. One smaller bubble did, but the large one is still there more than a month later. It appears to be permanent. I won’t buy this again.

Doesn’t work as well as the other one I got. Smudges and I have touch screen and sometimes it doesn’t work.

Not a very good screen protector would definitely spend the extra money for a better quality protector

Screen still completely shattered after a 3 foot drop one time. No screen protection what so ever.

Wish they could’ve put on for you at the store. Not easy to put on and had some bubble spots I could not get out.

The product came with no instructions as to how to apply it. A step by step process would have been nice/helpful.
