First one went nearly a year without any cracking, just minor scratches from dirt/concrete dust in the pocket with the phone.

Lifetime Warranty Means Lifetime at BEST BUY

I just take my cracked screen to any store and find the replacement screen and swap it out. Love that I can do this at any BEST BUY Store.

Great screen saver!!

You have to buy this product from Best Buy, their service is unmatched.
