It's a screen protector it does it's job. I messed up on the installation a little and ended up pilling off the guide that is supposed to help you align the screen protector, but the install job came out fine minus a few bubbles that I was able to push out. I am able to use the finger print reader as well. I also went into the settings and turned on touch sensitivity for safe measure. I installed this screen protector myself!

My personal use of the Zagg screen protectors have a long history of success on my phone as well as on large computer screens in my production plant. These screen protectors really protect better than any others that I’ve used. It amazes me that such a thin film is capable of preventing damage from a direct hit to the face of my phone as well as accidental drops. I deducted 1 star because it appears not to allow finger print recognition on my new Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. Perhaps I should have done the finger print setup prior to installing the film, but I couldn’t get it to read my finger print with the screen on.

It's a good screen protector. It holds onto finger prints more then a glass one but I love when I to scratch or rub it off I just go into bestbuy and get a new.

Really good screen protector. No bubbles and everything feels amazing. The most important thing is to take your time during installation or simply pay for the employee to install for you. It is very easy to mess up installation so that may be an issue for many. But if done correctly this is the best screen protector you can buy.

This was the 2nd of these screen protectors installed on my Samsung S21 ultra. The first one lasted 11 months. It eventually got some minor scratches and started to peel away from the screen in a couple places, nothing major. I think these are the first screen protectors I've ever had that actually stayed fixed to the screen. I think it's a quality product and the free replacement couldn't have gone better. Great friendly service at Best Buy. I'd definitely recommend this product.

My screen hasnt cracked yet after many drops, so that's a big positive. There are small gaps in coverage for edges of screen. The adhesive doesnt hold well along curved edges and dust easily compounds this problem and causes edges and corners to eventually pop up permanantly. Havent had this on for 2 months yet. For the ridiculous price I would expect much better performance.

The camera is good and the screen is bright and easy to see even in direct sunlight. The zoom is good out to 10x, anything above that is a bit blurry and the 100x zoom is just a gimmick. It looks like water colors. The Samsung stylus from the note series will work with this phone but the button on doesn't appear to do anything. Maybe it would have been better to say it half works. You can use it but not for all of the functions. For the high price I expected everything to be just a little better than it actually is. Still a great phone though.

The installation is faulty. The 1 tab comes off too prematurel then the other sticker gets buckled on top of it wrong...so so you have to take thr top sticker off before you can get the bubbles out, so I used the microfiber cloth with my finger and the squeegee card. The tabs don't line up correctly so I only used the top ones to line up the camera and pulled it down straight to get the right fit. Luckily I have experience putting on these kind of flexible impact resistant protectors. You have to make sure your hands are super clean and you have to bow the protector in the middle and apply the middle first. I did use the top pegs to help line it up, those seemed correct.I managed to get all the bubbles out so the screen looks clean except a couple edge spots that I pushed too hard at an angle and left a slight dent but not very noticeable at all after a couple days. I'm not sure how this product is supposed to work in action for impact with the free flowing molecules and all that. I just hoped I didn't push too hard on it and ruined the integrity of it. I worked for like an hour getting bubbles out and massaging the protector into place for good adhesion. Looks great now. Seems to uphold from scratches so far and I dropped my new phone once already with no issues. Giving 3 stars for improper instructions and issues with installation, pegs being off and stickers not working properly. It was a real pain.

The original Zagg I had after 5 years had to be replaced. I choose the same one because it is great. You get crystal clear view of the screen. I had dropped my phone once or twice and the screen was fine.

I enjoy this Zagg protector because it's crystal clear and has a low profile. Quality is top notch and it comes with everything you need to install it right. Price is a bit steep but I suppose it is cheaper than a new screen. Installation was a breeze for me but I've some experience installing Zagg on previous phones. Just take it slow, follow the instructions, watch a video, and make sure to do it on a table or somewhere clean and well lit.

Nice screen protector and a jig to help you align it. Picks up smudges on fingerprints more than my one on the last phone.

Does a great job at protecting my screen. Super easy to apply for anyone with common sense and Junior High education. Indents rather easily.

I wasn't super impressed with it, that is, until I dropped my s21 ultra face first onto gritty AF asphalt. After my soul came back to my body, & I cursed a bit, I was dumbfounded. Not a scratch. While it's not without faults, like needing to press harder & longer for it to read my fingerprint, I'd rather save my screen from accidents. I did have to replace it afterwards because it imprented the gravelly asphalt & made it hard to see the screen clearly

As long as you take your time, clean the phone completely, keep dust flecks off of the screen, and follow the instructions, it should apply pretty easily. You will initially end up with bubbles, and maybe even a lot of them. However, assuming that you did indeed keep your screen clear and free of debris, the bubbles will work themselves out after 24 hours. I started with annoying bubbles up and down one side of the protector, and 24 hours later they all disappeared, and I don't have a single bubble on it. I don't have any peeling issues after several days of use. It's not a glass protector, but a polymer of sorts, which is clearly indicated in the description. It still feels as smooth as glass to me. No picture quality degradation. I had no issues with the under-screen fingerprint reader enrollment and use (enroll AFTER you apply it, not before), but I have yet to use an S Pen with it. Overall, I'm pretty pleased with it.

It has been a great protector, but it scratched easily. Good thing is has a lifetime warranty.

Adhered to the face easily. Comes with the tools needed to to adhere the screen protector. Good transparency without loss of quality from the phone's screen. No bubble between the protector and face. Protection hasnt been evaluated as I thankfully havent dropped my phone! You do have to push harder on the screen if you use a fingerprint unlock. Smudges/fingerprints are still an issue regardless that the specs mention that the product is anti-fingerprint.
