I was happy with this product until I noticed a mark on the screen where the fingerprint biometric appears. I thought it was a smudge and attempted to clean it. I soon learned it was a permanent mark. Im not rough with my products, so I struggled to figure out where the mark could have come from. At the time that I discovered the mark, I had only had the product for about a week. I had never before seen a mark like this on any of my previous screens for my devices. I was befuddled to say the least. Maybe one day I will return it. For now, I will submit this survey so others will take my experience into consideration when attempting to purchase a screen protector.

Great lasts long time nice warranty. Just take it into the store and they'll replace it for you and put it on for you. It's really nice

Great screen protector. It doesn't show scratches much but it does show what I would call slight grooves or dents.

Always getting screen protectors with the cases. Always paying the nice geek squad people to install them for us. There's just no better option!

I only gave this item 4 points because it blocks my ability to use my fingerprint on my new Samsung phone. I did not expect this to be an issue. If you plan on using this feature, you might want to look for another option. Other than that, it is okay.

Zagg is the best screen protector and their warranty is excellent

I've dropped this phone so many times i cant even keep track. I got no scratches, no cracks, looks brand new still and ive had it for a couple months now its holding up rather well if i do say so myself .

One of the better screen savers that actually carries a warranty. A little pricey for a piece of plastic bit cheaper than a damaged/scratched screen. Only gave it 4 stars because it does show oil/dirt etc from hands but overall its worth not having a damaged screen. It can be cleaned using alcohol type wipes for eyeglasses.

Great product ! Durble and clear. Lifetime warranty,so it can be replaced for free if i ever damage it. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Zagg screen protectors are the best to protect your cell phone. Easy to use.

Had on my last phone and my current one. I work construction so i am hard on my phones nevwr ad any real problems with it. Only thing is some times thw screen will get these indents on it, dont effect anything negatively, but even after they became a bit of an eye sore, they teplaced it anyways.

Purchased the screen protector for my new cellphone to make sure it doesn't get any scratches or cracked if dropped. Best protection to have on cellphones.

I have used this product before and have never been disappointed. I can think of only one instance - I dropped my phone from a stairway and it landed below on a concrete floor. The shield cracked only slightly but the phone was fine! And with the Zagg guarantee, the shield was replaced and installed by my local Best Buy store.

Alredy saved my phone screen once. Free replacement warranty. Getting tha replacement tomorrow

Good quality, already droped my phone and screen didnt break, also helps to get the phone protector too!!

I am pleasantly satisfied with this product. Although I had trouble when I changed my phone to a more secure case, it still does a good job.
