The product has been fine. Installation by Best Buy has been a major problem and quite frankly a pain. So much so that seriously considering not purchasing from Best Buy anymore.

Received this and an Apple Watch 9 for Christmas. Installed right after opening, following exact instructions. It bubbled immediately and continued to develop more bubble in the days following. Note: I DO NOT wear my watch in the shower. After 6 days, it fell off completely. I have has numerous Fitbits and installed multiple screen protectors. This has never happened to me with any other product. Very disappointed. Hopefully Best Buy will make this right. I still have the packaging and receipt.

Not a good product. Even after reading all the reviews and taking extra care to avoid doing so, the protector separated from the alignment tool in the process of exposing the adhesive side. Game over. The Best Buy in-house brand is much better.
